intodns.com does a check on many things related to your domain and mail service (there should be no red errors)

whatsmydns.net allows you to check around the world where certain functions of your website are pointed to. (they should all match)

network-tools.com is a free website where you can do a traceroute. This essentially shows your the airports (hops/nodes) that your airplane (internet request) follows to get to the final destination.

CloudFlare Status can check the protection system many of our hosted websites use. (if your website has advanced DNS services)

If you have email hosted directly thru your server (included standard with all hosting), you can contact our hosting provider Hostgator. You can chat live via the link below or call them toll free.

Pingdom.com provides a free service that allows you to track your website uptime, and it will email / SMS you when the site is down.
